Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchini

  • 1 medium avocado

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add ghee to an oven-safe pan or forged iron skillet and place on stovetop over medium warmth.
  3. Spiralize your zucchinis and add to pan with ghee, sautéing a couple of minutes.
